(21)"gram panchayat" means the body constituted for the local administration of a village under the [Andhra Pradesh] [Repealed by Act No.13 of 1994 and subsequently this Act was repealed by Act No.5 of 2018.] Gram Panchayats Act, 1964 (Act 2 of 1964);
