(4)No appeal shall be entertained, unless it is filed within fifteen days from the date of the communication of the order appealed against:Provided that, the appellate authority may admit any appeal after the expiry of the period aforesaid, if the appellant satisfies that authority that he had sufficient cause for not preferring the appeal within time.]B-General
