1. Learned counsel for the plaintiffs submits that writ of summons is served upon all the defendants and some of the defendants have already filed written statement. The case note dated 31st October 2025 records that writ of summons is not issued and the suit is pending for issuing writ of summons.
2. Office shall verify the statement made on behalf of the plaintiffs and place on record a report on the next date.
