Section 24(1) in Vinayaka Missions Sikkim University Act, 2008
(1)The Finance Committee shall consist of the following, namely :-(a)The Vice-Chancellor - Chairman(b)The Registrar - Secretary(c)The Finance Officer - Member(d)Such other members as may be prescribed in the Statutes.
