(2)The [State] [This word was substituted for the word 'Provincial' by the Adaptation of Laws Order, 1950.] Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, extend any or all of the provisions of this Act, to any other area and on such date as may be specified in the notification.[Provided that, on the commencement of the Bombay Land Requisition (Extension and Amendment) Act, 1959 all the provisions of this Act shall also extend to the rest of the [State of Bombay] [This proviso was added by Bombay 33 of 1959, section 4.].]
