Section 3(1) in Haryana Vishwakarma Skill University Act, 2016
(1)There shall continue to be a body corporate by the name of the Haryana Vishwakarma Skill University comprising of the Chancellor, Vice-Chancellor, the members of the Court, the Executive Council, the Skill Council of the University and all persons, who may hereafter become or be appointed as such officers or members, so long as they continue to hold such office or membership.
