Section 47(1) in Mother Teresa Women's University Act, 1984
(1)It shall be the duty of the first Vice-Chancellor to make arrangements for constituting the Academic Committee, the Executive council and such other authorities of the University within six months after the notified date or such longer period not exceeding one year after the expiry of the said period of six months, as the Government may, by notification, direct.
