(a)The forest contractor shall keep accounts of the various kinds of forest produce removed by him from the contract area in such form as the Divisional Forest Officer may prescribe or approve, and such accounts shall be open to inspection at any time by the Divisional Forest Officer or by any subordinate duly authorised in this behalf by the Divisional Forest Officer.
