Section 3 in The West Bengal Development Corporation Act, 1954
3. Incorporation. -
(1)The State Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, establish a Development Corporation for West Bengal.(2)The Corporation shall be a body corporate by the name notified under sub-section (1) and having perpetual succession and a common seal and shall by the said name sue and be sued.
