Respondent nos. 1,3,4 and 6 have failed to file counter affidavit despite last opportunity having been granted, as such, further opportunity is declined.
Opportunity to respondent no.2 to file counter affidavit has already been declined.
Respondent nos. 5,7 and 8 are granted four weeks time as last opportunity for filing counter affidavit.
Registry to process the matter for listing before the Hon'ble Court after completion of period of four weeks whether counter affidavit is filed or not as further opportunity to file counter affidavit stands declined.
