Section 86(a) in Ajmer Abolition of Intermediaries And Land Reforms Act, 1955
(a)in the case of a first contravention:(i)where a tree has been removed, with fine which may extend to one hundred rupees for each tree that has been removed; and(ii)in other case, with fine which may extend to one hundred rupees; and
