Section 68 in The Petroleum And Natural Gas (Safety In Offshore Operations) Rules, 2008
68. Communication .-The operator shall ensure that-
(a)at all times during installation and operation, as well as in situations of hazard and accident, the necessary internal and external communication and alerts are ensured; and(b)a person is designated on board to be responsible for the communication systems' operation on manned facilities.
