Section 2(1)(s) in Uttar Pradesh Ground Water (Management and Regulation) Act, 2019

(s)'Infrastructural User' means a person or a group of persons including a firm or any company, who or which extract and use ground water for the purpose of carrying out such activities/projects which are directly related to infrastructural development;
