186.
The rate of travelling allowance to be allowed to the guardian, both in the case of an original suit and of an appeal, shall be that admissible to a second class officer under the Bihar Travelling Allowance Rules with a daily allowance of Rs. 3 for the days for which he may be away from headquarters.
