Kang When the case was called, none appeared on behalf of the appellant. The Tribunal vide order dated 24.3.2014 directed the appellant to deposit an amount of Rs.10 lakhs for hearing of the appeal. The appellant had not complied with the conditions of the stay order, therefore the appeal is dismissed for non-compliance to the provisions of Section 83 of the Finance Act read with Section 35F of the Central Excise Act.
