Section 23A(1) in The Rajasthan Zamindari and Biswedari Abolition Rules, 1959
(1)The annuity in perpetuity payable under Section 19-A shall be paid in cash from the Government treasury or sub-treasury in which the institution for which the annuity is made is situate.
