Section 3 in Ras Bihari Bose Subharti University Act, 2016
3. Establishment of University.
(1)There shall be established at Dehradun in Uttrakhand, a University by the Trust, in the name of Ras Bihari Bose Subharti University, Uttrakhand.(2)The University shall be a Body Corporate.
