Section 6(1) in The U.P. Electricity Regulatory Commission (Fees and Fines) Regulations, 2010
(1)The fines as ordered by the Commission shall be paid within 30 days of the order of the Commission imposing the fines or within such extended date as may be allowed by the Commission in such order.
