Section 28(3) in Faridabad Complex Administration Building Rules, 1989
(3)In determining the said aggregate plinth area of the rooms and/or verandah abutting on the courtyard, only half of the floor area of such room and verandahs as abut on another courtyard or an open space with a minimum width of 3 metres shall be taken into account.
