37. Other employees.
- All categories of non-teaching employees shall be appointed by the Executive Council on the recommendation of a Standing Committee consisting of-(a)one of the officers not below the rank of Registrar, Dean, or Director, nominated by the Vice-Chancellor as Chairman;(b)two officers nominated by the Vice-Chancellor as members.
