(3)The fee chargeable for checking of a design shall be [Rs. 5000/-(Rupees five thousand)] [Substituted vide Orissa Gazette Extraordinary No. 136 dated 28.1.2003-Notification SRO No. 29/2003 dated 24.1.2003.] payable in cash or by means of Bank Draft or Bankers Cheque.
