(1)All posts of Cotton College and Cotton College State University including the vacant posts are transferred immediately to the Cotton University with effect from the date of commencement of this Act.(2)The existing teachers and staff of the Cotton College and Cotton College State University shall constitute a special cadre with respect to their service conditions at the time of their appointments.(3)All pension matters of the present and past teachers and staff of Cotton College (now upgraded to Cotton University) shall be handled by the Directorate of Higher Education.
