33D. Cancellation of registration of the Registered Schools.
- Where the competent authority is of the opinion that the management of a registered school has failed to fulfill all or any of the conditions of registration under section 33-B or the rules made thereunder, it may after giving a notice not less than thirty days to the manager of such school cancel the registration of the school and the certificate granted under section 33-B.
