66. Protection of the right of the non-tribal and other ethnic.
- All rights and interest of the non-tribal citizens and other ethnic groups other than the Sonowal Kachari Community within the Council Area as exist at the commencement of this Act, in matters pertaining to their language, literature, culture, religion, customs and traditions, trade and commerce, industry, land, etc, shall be protected,
