(Per: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE) Date : 09-05-2022 Petitioner has prayed for the following relief(s):
"For issuance of an appropriate direction commanding upon the respondent authorities to pay to the petitioner sum of Rupees 10,000/- with suitable interest which was deposited by the petitioner in his saving Bank Account No. 15411 maintained with State Bank of India, Rajbanshi Nagar, Patna on 6.2.1993 but the said amount has not been credited in the account of the petitioner. Further it is for grant of any other relief(s) for which the petitioner may be found entitled to in the peculiar facts and circumstances of the case."
Patna High Court CWJC No.519 of 2022 dt.09-05-2022 2/2 In view of the fact that Debts Recovery Tribunal is now functional, learned counsel for the petitioner, under instructions, seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to take recourse to such other appropriate remedies, as are otherwise available, in accordance with law.

As and when any such request is made by the petitioner before the Tribunal, the same shall be considered and decided expeditiously.
The petition stands disposed of as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
