Section 12(2) in Coal Mines Provident Fund and Bonus Schemes Act, 1948
(2)Notwithstanding any such repeal, anything done or any action taken in exercise of any power conferred by or under the said Ordinance shall be deemed to have been done or taken in exercise of the powers conferred by or under this Act, as if this Act had commenced on the 23rd day of April, 1948.The First Schedule(See section 3)Matters to be Provided for in the Coal Mines Provident Fund Scheme
