Section 26(3) in The Maharashtra Habitual Offenders Rules, 1960
(3)On the expiry of the apprenticeship period the settler shall be given work as far as possible on the contract system of payment by piece work, the worker being paid at least ¾ of the estimated value of the work done by him.
