Section 28 in The Indira Gandhi National Tribal University Act, 2007
28. The Finance Committee :
The constitution, powers and functions of the Finance Committee shall be prescribed by the Statutes:Provided that the Finance Committee shall have adequate number of members from amongst the Scheduled Tribes.
