Section 16(7) in The Rajasthan Technical University Act, 2006
(7)Where the Controller of Examination is, for any reason, unable to act or the office of the Controller of Examination is vacant, all the duties of the office shall be performed by such person as may be appointed by the Vice-Chancellor, until the Controller of Examination resumes his duties or, as the case may be, the vacancy is filled.
