Judgment / Order 15/06/2017 The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the case of the petitioners is squarely covered by the order dated 17.5.2017 passed by this Court while deciding bunch of writ petitions, lead case being Kashi Ram vs. Union of India & Anr.
SBCWP No.2867/2017, along with Manoj Kumar Natwaria vs. UOI & Ors., SBCWP No.3317/2016 and Narendra Singh vs. SSC, SBCWP No.3858/2012.
As prayed, the present writ petition is disposed of, in same terms as in the case of Manoj Kumar Natwaria vs. UOI & Ors., SBCWP No.3317/2016 and Narendra Singh vs. SSC, SBCWP No.3858/2012, decided on 9.5.2017, along with bunch of writ petitions, lead case being Kashi Ram vs. Union of India & Anr. SBCWP No.2867/2017.
