Section 194(2) in Rules of Procedure and Conduct of Business in the Orissa Legislative Assembly
(2)When a motion has been made, the Speaker shall propose the question for the consideration and put it for the decision of the Assembly. If a motion embodies two or more separate propositions, those propositions may be proposed by the Speaker as separate questions.
