Section 64(1)(c) in Sikkim Urban and Regional Planning and Development Act, 1998

(c)The development scheme under sub-section (3) of section 60 shall, notwithstanding anything contained in the Land Acquisition Act, 1894, be deemed to be a declaration duly made under section 4 of the said Act.
