Order 27/07/2020 In wake of onslaught of COVID-19, abundant caution is being taken while hearing the matters in Court.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that though the application of the petitioner has been forwarded to the Director (Public Health) for issuing such NOC for the course of Senior Residentship (General Medicine), the said NOC is not (Downloaded on 27/07/2020 at 09:56:58 PM) (2 of 2) [CW-5713/2020] forthcoming, in absence whereof the petitioner would not be interviewed pursuant to the notice dated 25.06.2020 (Annex.6).

In view of the submissions made, issue notice. Issue notice of the stay application also, returnable within four weeks.

Notices when issued be given 'dasti' to learned counsel for the petitioner, if so desired.

In the meanwhile, the petitioner be provisionally permitted to appear in the interview of Senior Resident pursuant to the notice dated 25.06.2020 (Annex.6) and his application Annex.7 for the said purpose. However, the appearance of the petitioner will remain subject to the final outcome of the present writ petition.
