Section 8(b) in THE COASTAL AQUACULTURE AUTHORITY (AMENDMENT) ACT, 2023
(b)after the proviso, the following provisos shall be inserted, namely:—“Provided further that the requirement of notice under the first proviso may be waived by the Authority, in such cases and for such reasons to be recorded in writing, as it deems fit:Provided also that the owner shall be liable to pay the cost of demolition and cost of damage to the environment, if any, assessed in such manner as may be prescribed.”.
