Section 71(1) in The Maharashtra Public Trusts Act, 1950
(1)The appeal to the Divisional Commissioner under sub-section (2) of section 51 against the decision of the Charity Commissioner refusing consent to the institution of the suit shall be filed within sixty days from the date of such decision in such form and shall be accompanied by such fee as may he prescribed.
