In pursuance to the directions issued by this Court on 6.9.2022, Master Viraj has been produced in the Court.
Keeping in view the relationship between the parties, this Court is of the view that it is the fit case where, efforts for conciliation can be made, by referring the matter for Mediation.
Consequently, Mr. S.C. Sharma, Senior Advocate and trained Mediator, is appointed as Mediator, in this case.
The parties are directed to appear before learned Mediator, on 15.10.2022, at 11:30 a.m. in the Mediation Center of this Court.
