2. At the request of Mr. Manoja Kumar Khuntia, learned Additional Government Advocate (AGA) appearing for the Appellants, let the matter be listed on 25th September, 2023 at 2.00 pm along with the connected cases listed today and W.A. Nos.1130 and 1131 of 2022.
3. In the meanwhile, Mr. Khuntia, learned AGA shall circulate a table of contents on or before 22nd September, 2023 showing the cases where they have any objection on the factual context, having the reference to case which may cover the present batch of cases.
