Section 230(a) in Bihar Building and Other Construction Workers (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 2005
(a)When a building worker contracts any disease specified in Schedule II annexed to these rules notice in Form XIII annexed to these rules is sent without delay to the Inspector, having jurisdiction and to the Board with which such building worker is registered as a beneficiary;
