6. Appeals.
- Any person aggrieved by the decision of the Revenue Officer either for grant or refusing to grant of Loan Eligibility Card shall file an appeal to Tahsildar not later than 15th June of the year, in Form-IV in respect of licensed cultivator and in Form-V in case of owner/pattadar/occupant of land. The appellate authority shall dispose of the appeal by holding summary enquiry within fifteen (15) days of such appeal.
