This petition has been filed because an ROR filed before respondent No. 1 has been listed for 15.12.2021 and meanwhile, possession proceedings have allegedly started.
Notice of motion to respondents No. 1 to 3 only. Ms. Sunint Kaur, AAG Punjab accepts notice on behalf of respondents No. 1 to 3 and waives service.
Considering the nature of the order being passed, there is no necessity to file reply.
The writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the concerned Financial Commissioner to take up the ROR alongwith the stay application on 15.12.2021. Till the decision of the stay matter, possession proceedings shall be kept in abeyance.
