(3)Each School for Post-graduate and Undergraduate Studies shall have a Secretary. The Secretary shall be a member of the School:Provided that in the absence of the Secretary, the Registrar or a Deputy Registrar or an Assistant Registrar, as may be nominated by him, shall act as the Secretary of the School.
