Section 18 in The Rajasthan Soil and Water Conservation Act, 1964
18. Inquiry Officer.
- Whenever the Board approves any draft plan, or itself prepares or causes to be prepared a draft-plan, it shall appoint an officer called the Inquiry Officer for the purposes hereinafter specified:Provided that, where the District Soil Conservation Officer approves a plan, he may himself act as Inquiry Officer for the purposes hereinafter specified.
