Section 6(2) in Tamil Nadu Establishment of Private Law Colleges (Regulation) Rules, 2018

(2)The Government shall grant or refuse to grant the permission for establishment of a law college taking into consideration the inspection report of the competent authority, particulars contained in the application and also the rules, guidelines, instructions issued by the University Grants Commission, the Bar Council of India and the Tamil Nadu Dr.Ambedkar Law University.AnnexureForm of Application to seek No Objection Certificate to start a Self-financing Private Law College.
