1. Short title, extent and commencement
.-(1) This Act may be called The Indian Soldiers(Litigation) Act, 1925.(2)[ It extends to the whole of India [* * *] [Substituted by A.L.O. 1950, for sub-S.(2) (w.e.f. 26.1.1950). ].](3)It shall come into force on the first day of April, 1925.
