Section 6(1) in Arunachal Pradesh District Planning Committees (Constitution, Powers and Functions) Act, 2011
(1)Subject to such control and restrictions as may be prescribed, the State Government may appoint in Committee, number of officers' and employees (including experts for technical work) as may be necessary for the efficient performance of its functions and may determine their designations and grades.
