Section 184A(1) in The Maharashtra Village Panchayats Act, 1959
(1)Nothing in this Act shall be construed as empowering a Panchayat Samiti to exercise any powers or perform any functions under this Act in relation to a Panchayat area of which is not within its jurisdiction.
