Section 15(1) in Bihar Sports (Registration, Recognition and Regulation of Associations) Act, 2013
(1)Notwithstanding anything contained in this Act, the Bihar Olympic Association shall be given affiliation by the Bihar State Sports Council and shall be deemed to be a State level Sports Association.
