152. Rent when in arrear
Any instalment of rent not paid on or before the day when it falls due becomes an arrear on the day following the day on which it fell due and the tenant shall thereupon become liable to pay interest on the arrear at such rate as may, by notification, be specified by, the State Government in this behalf.
