Section 46(b) in Indian Merchant Shipping (Seamen's Employment Office, Calcutta) Rules, 1954
(b)all persons employed as Clerks, Wireless Operators, Musicians or Vishiwallas or in any other capacity specified in this behalf by the Director, shall for the purpose of sub-section (3) of Section 25A be deemed to have been engaged through the Employment Office, and nothing in these rules shall apply to the employment of such persons.
