Section 3(2) in Rajasthan Requisitioning of Goods Vehicles Act, 1969
(2)The requisition under sub-section (1) shall be affected by an order in writing addressed to the person deemed by the Government to be the owner or person in possession of the goods vehicle and such order shall be served in the manner provided in sub-section (3) on the person to whom it is addressed.
